How we handle your data

Syber Digitals B.V. · Netherlands · Version 1.0, September 2026

1. Who is responsible

Syber Digitals B.V. (the maker of AccessCertIQ) is the data controller for this website.

2. What we collect, and why

The demo request form. The contact form on this website is a Google Forms form. We ask for your work email, full name, organization, role, phone number (optional), subject, and message. When you submit it, your answers are collected by Google Forms on our behalf and stored in a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) inside our Google Workspace. We use this data for one purpose: to schedule and prepare your demo, and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your data for marketing.

The booking calendar. When you book through the demo booking button (Google Calendar appointment scheduling), your name and email are processed by Google Calendar (part of our Google Workspace) to create the appointment and send you a confirmation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b).

What we do not collect. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no trackers, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, and does not profile visitors. The form draft you type is stored only in your own browser for the length of the tab session, so an accidental reload does not lose your answers; it never leaves your browser until you press send.

3. Who processes it with us

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and no data from this website goes to the AccessCertIQ product infrastructure; the product itself runs inside our customers' own networks.

4. How long we keep it

Demo requests and bookings are kept no longer than needed to arrange and hold the conversation, and in any case are deleted within 12 months unless you become a business contact — in which case we keep the exchange while the business relationship is relevant. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see §6).

5. Where it is processed

Submissions may transit service providers outside the European Economic Area (for example Google's infrastructure). Those transfers rest on the provider's EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR (and the Dutch UAVG) you may ask us for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Security measures

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict Content-Security-Policy: it loads no third-party scripts and no inline scripts, and the only external content it can ever embed is the two Google Workspace surfaces named above (the booking calendar and the contact form). The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Access to form responses and bookings is protected by Google Workspace account security.

8. Changes to this policy

If the website starts collecting different data (for example a newsletter), this policy will be updated and dated before that starts.
